Home sweet home

Walked in to take possession of my new home this evening, only to find that the refrigerator and washer/dryer were not there. Called my real estate agent, evidently there was an addendum to the disclosure statement that never made it to me. Not sure if it made it to them or not. Amusing how after the appraisal was $2000 low that the same amount worth of appliances is not in the house and an addendum was made. Anyhow, the realtor and I will be going appliance shopping Tuesday and she'll be writing the check :) 'Sea and I spent the evening taping the living room and kitchen so I can start painting early this week. I also picked up an air compressor that contained a bunch of air tools including paint sprayers. Lol, no rollers here.
